The house is located in Vellore Lane (behind the Bath Spa Hotel), a quiet and secluded part of the city, away from traffic yet conveniently close to the city centre - a pleasant 10 to 15 minute stroll. The beautiful Sydney Gardens lie only a stone-throw away, as does the canal tow-path which links the city to Bristol on one side and to Bradford-on-Avon on the other.
The two bedrooms (The Minxie and The George) are located on the first floor, overlooking a well-kept garden and pond with fountain, which is home to approximately 50 goldfish.
Private parking is available.
THE GEORGE
The George is the larger room with a king-size bed (also with a high-quality pocket-sprung mattress, white cotton sheets and feather-and-down duvet), flat-screen television (with free-view channels), two-seater sofa, hairdrier and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom is adjacent and exclusive to the room. This room commands pretty, south and west aspect views of the main garden and the courtyard with the goldfish pond and fountain.
The is a quiet, no smoking room.
THE MINXIE
The Minxie overlooks the garden patio with the goldfish pond. It has a superking-size bed (with a high-quality pocket-sprung mattress, white cotton sheets and a feather-and-down duvet), a flat-screen television (with freeview channels), tea and coffee-making facility, hair-dryer and a spacious en suite marble-tiled bathroom (with bath, power-shower, large mirrors, bathrobes and slippers).
This is also a quiet, no smoking room.
THE BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served inside the Roman-style conservatory on the ground floor. Guests may gently begin their day with a wholesome breakfast while enjoying views of the garden, with its occasional wildlife visitors.
Breakfast is taken on a large table and consists of fresh tea / coffee, toast, jam and marmalade, a selection of cereals, home-made granola and fresh fruit salad with natural yogurt.
Both rooms and the conservatory look out onto a bright and colourful garden, which is the joy and pride of the house.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pleasant ambience which this part of the house offers.

THE RESIDENT CATS
George (left) and Minxie (right) are permanent residents at The Bath Courtyard. They are not allowed in the guest areas but you may occasionally see them frolicking out in the garden.
